FIVE STAR REVIEW! My first experience with Beach House was when I decided to take a ride up during the last few Myrtle Beach bike rallies. Its a nice 45 min ride from Murrells Inlet / Myrtle Beach to Beach House Harley so when on vacation in Myrtle Beach be sure to take the ride up especially during spring or fall bike week! You will find some cool venders, food and music and is worth the ride just to check it out and buy a T-shirt! When I travel from Myrtle to Beach House Harley I also make sure to grab lunch or an early dinner water front in Calabash NC, The BEST Calabash Shrimp you will find on the East Coast! The Beach House dealership is truly impressive! Very nice location right on Highway 17 just North of Myrtle Beach, SC, across the State line in Shallotte NC. When you arrive you will find a beautiful new building that looks like a huge Beach House, a large big and bright motorcycle showroom full of new and used bikes and an impressive display of Harley clothing, parts and yes this dealership stocks Harley boots! My wife likes this clothing department best out of any Harley dealership we visit! I had a few questions about a bike and I approached Jonathan Zaleta in Sales and I was impressed as he knows his bikes. We ran some numbers but I was not ready to buy. After leaving Jonathan called me the perfect amount, (2) times over the summer between Spring and fall rally so this visit with his help, I purchased a new 2023 Street Glide. I must say Jonathans Professionalism earned my business. I truly love the fact that Jonathan and Adam Ibrahim do both the bike sales and the F&I so was none of that hand off or let me go ask my manager what he can do. Jonathan was able to answer my questions from what is the seat hight to what is the promo interest rate today! Doing the deal and financing I sat at one desk and did the deal with one person! Now THAT is THE way to buy a bike! I like the vibe of the place. Its a large dealer but still has the small dealership vibe of the 90’s and none of that big Corporate junk or experience like you may expect to find when buying a Time Share or something, I found no balloons, no fireworks and no big bell I was suppose to ring for some reason like I have seen at other dealers... What I did find was lots of new and select grade preowned bikes and over the top nice folks and true professionalism! What else do you need? The buying experience was just the way I like it! Zero BS! I decided to work some parts and engine upgrades into my purchase so I had the pleasure of dealing with Rex McPherson the Parts manager and he was lots of help advising and locating the exact parts and upgrades I was needing. Then my purchase experience took me to the Service department for my new goods to be installed. I think every potential bike customer needs a walk into the back of Beach House Service department as that shop was so professional and clean and bright and in one word…IMPRESSIVE! But also cool, some very cool folks working in the back! So clean, I do believe you could eat off the floor! I truly was as much impressed with how the Service Department / shop looked as I was the new bike showroom! My new bike purchase included a few goodies such as a Stage 2 etc so I had the pleasure of dealing with the Service Department staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Very knowledgable and the techs did fantastic work on my new ride! The Service Manger Bobby Collis is as good as good gets! Bobby and staff truly have a department to be proud of. Before leaving I had to have a few shirts and I found Jennifer in the clothing department to be simply fantastic! She truly helped my wife with suggestions made my wife and I happy! When picking my new bike up, Bobby, Cody and the entire staff were so helpful in helping me load up and be on my way! I find a dealership is only as good as the people, and the vibe and business culture that I am sure is a reflection of the owners. Beautiful location. The building, layout, and displays were super nice. A lot of great inventory. However, the service and enthusiasm of the retail staff left a lot to be desired. Out of all of the Harley locations that we’ve been to, it was the only one where we weren’t greeted or offered assistance. The staff acted like we personally peed in their cheerios and were very unpleasant. The prices compared to other stores are pretty inflated. Even their sale items weren’t marked down very much.

I have been looking for a wallet and several other items and I tell you, that store is chocked full of terrific gift ideas or a little something for yourself or one or two, lol, of their Harley’s, I’m not sure about prices but they looked really great for the new beautiful bikes I seen.
